As per various sections under Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025, foreigners as well as Indian stake holders like carriers, hoteliers, educational institutions or hospitals where foreigner associate with, are liable for legal action, penalties ranging from 10000 to 3 lakhs for each offence, as well as imprisonment, if found violating any of the provisions of said act.
