Pakistan: Every Pakistan national who enter India must register within 24 hours of arrival. This condition is exempted for those individuals who have ‘Exemption from police reporting’ endorsed on their visas. Also, Pakistan nationals on Medical visa should register within 7 days of arrival in India.
Afghanistan: Afghanistan nationals requesting for 'Stay Visa/ Residential Permit' shall apply online on https://indianfrro.gov.in.
Bangladesh: Bangladesh nationals arriving in India on valid visas, and wishing to stay in India for a continuous period exceeding six months, will be required to register themselves with the respective FRRO/ FRO and obtain a residential permit within 14 days of their arrival.
Note:
Certain categories of Afghanistan/ Bangladesh/ Pakistan nationals staying in India are eligible for grant of Long Term Visas (LTV).
