Travelling Abroad
No Objection Certificate (NOC) mandatory for travelling to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Libya & Lebanon from India. NOC can be obtained from Embassy of Nepal in India. This regulation does not apply to those transiting India.
