Both parents or either of parents are foreign nationals, they should intimate electronically to the local FRRO or FRO within 30 days of the birth of the child.
Where both parents are foreigner, they should apply for desired visa related service (New Visa/Exit Permit) within 90 days from date birth of child at https://indianfrro.gov.in
Where either of parent is foreigner, they should apply for desired visa related service (New Visa/Exit Permit) within 30 days from the registration as citizen of foreign country/acquisition of nationality/Passport of a foreign country obtained/issued.
