A Foreign National staying in India, or who has previously stayed in India and wishes to apply for a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) can do so by applying on www.indianfrro.gov.in/frro.
Note: Foreign nationals who are abroad and seeking an Indian PCC, may approach the Indian Mission/ Post in their respective country for obtaining a PCC.
